Places to visit at Melaka | 2023 Edition

I have been to Melaka for so many times and this is my second long post about places to visit in Melaka. I can’t wait to share with you guys what I have been to in Melaka for the last year. I also added new places to visit if I plan to go to Melaka again.

This Cafe Nikko & Yoryo Bar cafe has been open for quite some time and finally, I got to visit it with my friend when we are here in Melaka for one day trip.

Generally, the food that we ordered is quite nice! We ordered Egg Fried Rice, Mentai Egg Rice, Fries, and drinks. Each of the dishes for me is quite unique and tastes good too. 👍

Took some bff photos with my friend. We reach here quite early and the cafe was quite empty at that time.

The next dessert cafe we went is this new crepe cake shop, 一日山品 Something Bakery. One of the attractive spots for this cafe is its door which is cute aesthetic vibes. You will see a lot of people take photos in front of their door. I also took some OOTD photos in front of the door too, check here for more.

 Inside the cafe is moody and chill where guest can enjoy their crepe cake and drinks. Because this cafe is still new, their crepe cake sold out quite fast. We reach here at 3-4pm where most of their cakes were sold out and only got one chocolate crepe cake restocked during that time.

一日山品 Something Bakery

Another cafe wanted to introduce is this Wherehouse Coffee Cafe, actually, I have been to a few restaurants and cafes too. I only share those that I personally feel it is worth the visit in this post! This cafe has a full white back garden where it is quite nice to take photos.

Anything white with minimal woody feels somehow makes me fall in love with the cafe even more. The whole cafe is so quiet and calm when there are just two of us. Even indoors of the cafe is nice to take photos too. I really enjoy each corner of this cafe. Check more photos here.

Wherehouse coffee

46, Jalan Ong Kim Wee, Kampung Empat, 75300 Melaka

Places that are not food related but this Tan Kim Hock is a place where people will come here for buying some souvenir snacks back home. But the whole place is so huge with three floors, where guests can dine in or just shop here. I like the vintage style of showing the old Melaka building designs. 

The whole place is quite new but it has the old vintage vibes. A lot of aunties came here for photo taking too. I like their decor with the wooden planks that make it looks like kampung houses. This staircase view which I personally feel is quite unique. So many people pose and take photos here!

Tan Kim Hock @Jonker Walk

26, Jalan Hang Jebat, 75200 Melaka

If you have never been to or enjoyed the Melaka Riverside view, you definitely need to come to this GravyBaby Melaka which is located beside Melaka Riverside. You can choose the table beside the Melaka Riverside so that you can enjoy the view and say hi to the boat that passes by the river!

I don't have any food recommendations but their GravyBaby Pies is one of their signature dish to try! 

GravyBaby Melaka at Jonker Street

2, Lorong Hang Jebat, Melaka City, 75200 Melaka

This rainbow light place is also a new attraction in Melaka. This Dataran Sejarah has more Malay crowds here. But also a nice place to take photos especially when you are here at night. This place is quite chill during the evening time too, we just drop by here after our dinner at GravyBaby.

Dataran Sejarah Ayer Keroh Melaka

Exit Lebuh Ayer Keroh, 75450 Melaka

This Encore Melaka is also on my bucket list to do whenever I go to Melaka. But also due to MCO this place close and we can't visit this place until recent year. Tbh I didn't expect this place to be so big and also nice to take photos here. I like the whole white modern building and a lot of people also drop by here for photos too! 

The white building design is so modern and pretty!

The back of the Encore Melaka is also a pretty beach where we took even more photos here!! I really like the sunset view where the weather is just nice and chill.💖

Encore Melaka

Impression City, No. 3, Jalan KSB – Impression 8, 

Kota Syahbandar, 75200 Melaka

Another of my must-go place is the Melaka Strait Mosque, this pink mosque is so dreamy! Another highlight of this place is also where it is near the seaside which made this place even dreamy. I went during the evening time when the sun is almost setting.

The pink mosque also looks very cute when you take the front photos with it!

Lastly is the the world's first Coach Airways, a unique retail concept store, and café housed in a transformed 1981 Boeing 747-230B aircraft. Which is now parked at Freeport A'Famosa Outlet, also a nice place to visit when you are in Melaka. More photos here.

Make sure you also take photos with this aircraft outside too! I really love the whole experience of visiting this Coach Airways, and you can enjoy some shopping experience here too.
