Finally a short food post here, I been blogging about beauty and events I attend and now back to my favorite section that is FOOD! I went to CoCo ICHIBANYA last month and finally have some spare time to blog about it.

CoCo ICHIBANYA have been started since 1978 in Nagoya, Japan. They have total of 1245 restaurant in Japan and other countries such as USA, China, Taiwan, South Korea and Thailand, which made CoCo ICHIBANYA reach the no 1 1350 branches worldwide and named as The House of Japanese Curry.  That derive from their uniqueness "The Tastiness you can choose". In February 2015, CoCo ICHIBANYA has opened their first restaurant in Malaysia.

It was located on the LG of 1 Utama and it was quite hard to search for CoCo ICHIBANYA in 1 Utama. Located at New Wing. Never been a fan of Japanese Curry but it was worth to try if you are at 1 Utama.

What's made CoCo ICHIBANYA so special that it can be the Japanese Biggest Curry Rice Restaurant. Follow my post for more.

Firstly You can follow their steps to order from the Curry Menu that you want, Quantity of the rice, Level of Spiciness, Additional Curry Sauce. They have total of 5 of Curry level to choose from Original Flavor to Crazy Hot level which I don't dare to challenge.

There are over 30 meat and seafood varieties, including chicken, beef, pork, prawns, clams, vegetables and many more.

Apart from that, there are many choices of curry dish you can order from CoCo ICHIBANYA from Curry with Vegetables, Curry with Other like spaghetti, soup, kids meal, Curry with Omelette and Curry with Meat, from chicken, beef to pork.

Ordering their Matcha Milkshake RM11. I love matcha so much and it taste really good. Not too sweet as matcha actually balance out the taste out.

Utensil and Tissues was ready served on the table.

Pork Cutlet RM21

One of CoCo ICHIBANYA signature dish. I choose the original flavor of curry. Turns out it was slightly spicy but I can taste more of the curry fragrance which are really tasty and appetizing.

More over their pork cutlet was really nice! Crispy on the outer skin and tender in the inside. Dip of my favorite curry sauce and this meal was a really satisfying and delicious meal. Forget to mention that CoCo ICHIBANYA use Premium Japan Rice to cook their signature curry dish. I always fall in love with Japanese Rice with their Pearl and Big portion of each of the rice grain.

Fried Chicken with Omelette

The rice was wrap inside omelette. The omelette was nicely fried and juicy inside. Since my boyfriend cannot eat spicy he choose the original flavor too. He wanted to have something different hence he order this curry dish with the omelette. These are fried chicken ball that are dip around the omelette rice.

Inside was wrap full with Japanese white rice which I like. In this dish, you can taste all the goodness of Japanese Rice, Omelette and CoCo ICHIBANYA Curry which can really satisfy your taste bud in once.

I feel so hungry with this midnight post of writing about CoCo ICHIBANYA. I miss their curry already maybe I should upgrade my taste bud with level 2 or level 3 spiciness level of Japanese Curry next time when I'm here.

I love every detail they design with.

CoCo ICHIBANYA kitchen.

CoCo ICHIBANYA in One Utama outlet seats a maximum of 65 persons in 128 square meters. Seating and design's give a friendly, casual and unpretentious ambiance dining place for everyone.

CoCo ICHIBANYA is famous for their Japanese Curry and that's make many Japanese curry lover dine in for. With their tag line The Tastiness you can choose, you can get to choose the dish you want, level of spiciness, rice portion that you want, even add on topping that you love!
