Hi my lovely friend, today will blog about another Ice Cream post! If you have been reading my blog, you will know that I have previously blog about the famous Macaron Ice Cream in town. This time I will be blogging about Nitrogen Ice Cream in town. It was my first attempt of this experience with Nitrogen Ice Cream.

320 Below is Singapore First Nitrogen Ice Cream in town. They have finally open their first branch store in Malaysia 1 Utama.

320 Below®
LN2 ICE CREAM
It was a classic liquid nitrogen ice cream cafe located at 1 Utama New Wing. It was just started since June 2015.

Their choices of ice cream. Their best signature is the Thai Coconut flavor. Others Signature Classic Flavor will be Salted Caramel, Apple Cinnamon, Banana, Lychee, Vanilla(from Madagascar). Some signature of Premium Flavor will be Belgian Dark Chocolate, Nutella and Tiramisu.

320 Below also offer some varieties of dessert too, such as Yogurt, Pastry and Beverages too. Ice cream you can choose either to be in Cone or Sorbet.

Why Nitro?

1. Fresh - Made in Front of you

2. Smooth - Quick Freeze process ensures no bild up of ice crystals, result in smooth texture.

3. Taste - Unique and Less Sweet

4. Clean - No Nasty Germs survice at - 320 Degree F

They have this open kitchen for customer to watch how they create Nitrogen Ice Cream in -320 Degree F. I love watching the process of making this nitrogen ice cream. The freezing air was really cold and you can feel the freezing air through the gap hole of the front glass. You will notice that their pipe with Nitrogen Gas is freeze with Ice because of the -320 Degree of freezing air.

It took around 1 to 3 minutes to mix the ice cream and the nitrogen gas together until they create a really smooth and soft texture of the ice cream. That is what makes nitrogen ice cream a HIT, because the texture is way too smooth and unique flavor you can taste from a Nitrogen Ice Cream.

Interesting Nitro Fact. It was really quite interesting to understand more about how Nitrogen work in life among us.

Nitrogen Gas is 78.1 % in our atmosphere gas.

First used to make ice cream more over 100 years ago by Agnes Marshall the Victorian Queen of Ice Cream.

Doesn't pollute its evaporate into the air.

Non Toxic is Non Flammable

Colorless, Odorless and Tasteless

Present in all living things, 3% of our body is nitrogen by weight.

Our Nitrogen Ice Cream is here.

Our first try, we choose Thai Coconut and Apple Cinnamon.

Thai Coconut was really the yummiest ice cream I ever taste! Not mention the Nitrogen makes the ice cream texture even smoother and soft than usual normal ice cream. When you just put it in your mouth, it will straight melt away inside your mouth. The Thai Coconut was not so sweet and taste just right. It was so fresh and melted sensation in your mouth was so freezing and amazing!

Apple Cinnamon was really a unique and fresh taste for us. Since it was our first seeing this taste at 320 Below. Inside the ice cream, there is crunches of cinnamon in. It was quite fun to taste the smoothness of the ice cream texture and some cinnamon tidbits inside too. The apple cinnamon was quite a fresh flavor that My boy really love this flavor. Like the intro their ice cream do not taste too sweet or creamy. It was just perfect for a ice cream lover.

After our first attempt, my friend last time have try their Nutella in their Singapore branch. She say the taste was really nice too! Making me curious about how it taste, so we order this Nutella in  premium flavor at 320 Below.

The smoothness is not that smooth than our first attempt. Because this time I saw they have speed up the freezing process to make this Nitrogen Ice cream slower its melting process. As I notice but the texture become milder and you can slowly let it melt inside your mouth. It just depend on your own favorable taste and preferable kind of ice cream you want.

For me, I love this taste because it was not too sweet and the Nutella taste just nice in my mouth. I love the Nutella texture melt slowly in my mouth. The smoothness of nitrogen ice cream is still remain but just lesser. Making it melting process slower so that you can enjoy the ice cream more!

I love their fun drawing design on the wall. The Paper Cups drawing was so pretty and creative as well. Overall design was fun and creative with vibrant orange and white color.

They have this big Nitrogen Gas Tank in the house.

Cake and Desserts too! I will definitely be here again, they have serve waffles and many more pastry with their Nitrogen Ice Cream. There are more taste that I wanted to try too! Each time I visit here, it never fail me and my taste bud.

Here's a short video of how the Nitrogen works miracle on their ice-cream.
