It's been a month over since I blog about food, on and off I been trying out some good food too. Hope that I can have a cafe hopping day this coming weekend. After a Fashion Weekend, I have been going through, its time to back to tough working life from 9am to 6pm. I have been promoted in work and it's definitely not an easy job and Pray Hard that I will be able to overcome this.

Back to yums topic, try out this modern yet authentic Vietnam Cuisine that you will ever have. Although I never been to Vietnam before but base on my knowledge for Vietnam Cuisine is all about Vegetables and Mint Leave which is totally not my all time favorite food. After dining at Pho Vietz, it just changes the point of my view for Vietnam Cuisine.

Sauce and Utensil you will need.

Vietnamese Atiso Tea RM 6.50

If you are not a coffee lover, because Vietnam is famous for their coffee! You can always try their Vietnamese Tea too.

Spring Roll & Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli RM 14.90

This is one of their signature dishes. I tried this when the first time I visit Pho Vietz, this time I bring my boyfriend to try since he kinda like Vietnam Cuisine.

Serves with Vietnam Meehoon which is quite thick and full! This plate is full of veg, spring roll and chicken. Makes me feel so hungry looking at this plate.

Pour and mix together with this famous sauce, a mixture of sweet, sour and salty taste. Definitely must try and must add!

Mix everything with the sauce and you are good to go! For a plate full of a dish, I feel that it will easily make you filling up. The crunchiness of the veg and the chewiness of the noodle was quite satisfying. The Chicken Vermicelli was the best too, grill to the perfection with the sauce.

Stir-Fried Tiger Prawn Ho Fun RM 21.90

Another one of their signatures dish! I am a prawn lover and when I saw how big the tiger prawn should be, immediately decide to give it a try!

Comes in a super square plate which comes in a lot of dishes, with mushrooms, vegetables, and tiger prawn. I feel that this Ho Fun tastes like the Dai Chao I eat at Food Stall. If you get what I mean, haha! But the sauce was really appetizing which I hope that I have more of the sauce together with the Ho Fun.

Steamed Rice Crepe Rolls with Minced Pork (2 Rolls) RM 10.50

One of their signature snack too. After all the main dish, we actually feel super full. But we never want to miss this another signature snack from Pho Viet too.

The same sauce with the noodle.

Vietnamese love mint leaves a lot! But I still couldn't get used to the taste.

The filling inside is minced pork and mushroom, one of my favorite filling. This roll is made of Steamed Rice Crepe so it was super duper full after we finish this roll. Although a bit regret has an extra order on this, but overall it was really yummy and satisfying. Time to exercise!

Interior design of Pho Vietz. Cozy Vietnam ambiance I could enjoy while dining at Pho Viet.

They selling Vietnam Snacks too! If you are a huge fan of Vietnam snack, try to find it here at Pho Vietz too.

Overall I have a great Vietnam Cuisine experience at Pho Vietz. I will definitely come back here again, as I will definitely recommend the signature Spring Roll & Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli. If you want to try out some authentic Vietnam food you must visit Pho Vietz at Atria Shopping Mall.
