This Ramadhan, Chakri Palace is delighted to once again hold a buffet of Thai cuisines and local favorite dishes especially for “Tantalizing Tastes of Thailand” buffet promotion to be held at Imperial Chakri Palace KLCC and Chakri Palace Pavilion KL from 30th May 2017 onwards.  Time to engage your senses and be amazed by our dedicated team of Thai Chefs ever-scrumptious spread of more than 50 modern and authentic Thai & local favorites dishes!

My first ever Ramadhan Buffet here at Chakri, this year Chakri Palace never fail to impress me even more. The food choices have increased and you can enjoy more local favorites here at Chakri Palace.

Lauk-Pauk

I love that they added a lot of veggie dish for this Ramadhan festive. You can enjoy all the Ramadhan Buffet but vegetable intake is important to have a balance eating lifestyle too!

Seafood and Meat

I highly recommend this Stir Fried Squid with Salted Egg! Salted Egg is my favorite food, the combination of both salted egg and squid is really awesome. Not to forget to try out their Deep Fried Chicken with Pandan Leaf and Deep Fried Crispy Fish with Samrod Sauce to enjoy the full taste yumminess of the Malay food.

Malay Rendang Curry

For the main course, guests may indulge in their Thai cuisine selections such as lamb in Thai green curry, prawn with butter sauce topped with salted egg, stir fried squid with salted egg, Tomyam seafood, beef with black pepper sauce and fish with sweet & spicy sauce.

To honor this special time of year, in Chakri Palace are also introducing a variety of Malaysian favorites, including Rendang Daging Tok , Masak Lemak Gulai Daging, Ayam Kapitan and Nasi Beriani.

Noodles Station

Besides the normal Tom Yam Noodles, they serve this Thai Laksa which is really refreshing and unique taste to try. I was reluctant to try it in a huge portion, but the taste is just perfect and I really love the taste which is a bit sour and spicy. This Thai Laksa is not in soup base but more as a sauce base, add some of their fried vegetables and you can eat it own it owns!

Bakar-Bakar Station

Featured in their live action stalls are our special Chicken and Beef Satay, Ikan Bakar and Tom Yam Noodles that will definitely leave you craving for more.

Desserts Station

Miengkam the famous and Signature dish from Thailand.

, Besides with the dishes, is time to indulge yourside with all of the desserts serve in Chakri Palace, such as Thai Mango Salad, Thai Papaya salad, famous thai appetizer with seven ingredients “Mieng Kam”, Samosa, Crispy Thai Spring Rolls, Thai Crispy Fried Noodles and many more.

Finally, indulge yourself with famous Thai desserts such as Red Ruby Waterchestnut, Thai mango sticky rice and also our local favorites such as kuih-muih Melayu, bubur jagung & pisang and many other delicacies. In Chakri Palace offer a tantalizing variety to satisfy the sweet tooth.

  4. Wow so many food to choose from! I have tried chicken and beef satay and loved it. I'm curious with Miengkam, is it the leaves with dipping? Is the dip sweet? Would love to try that one! :)
