This OOTD has been pending from my end for me to write and blog about it. I hope that I can spend more time blogging and maintaining my blog. But maintaining both IG and Blog can be quite tiring if I am at work. I supposedly blog about this during the weekend, but I do a lot of housework and just rest and chill most of the time.
I really really love this specific outfit that I match. Do you believe that if I told you guys that I bought the whole fit because in my mind I already think of wanted to match it like this? And it turns out so good! My friend told me that there are so many patterns for this outfit, I was like oh ya which I didn't realize but I just like how the color and the small prints all blended together so well.
Whenever we are in a new spot for photo shooting, I don't have a lot of ideas on my mind that how I should shoot it. We just start with some nice random corners and just shoot along the way. I always get inspired when we were just wandering around the Book Xcess, pose and shoot away whenever I feel that this is a nice corner to take photos.
This mirror is just decor randomly in one corner and I just pose and took some OOTD shots as well.
This Book Xcess is really very huge and we spend like 2 hours taking photos and chilling around here. I also like the in-depth of the bookcases and wanted to shoot some in-depth shots among the bookcases.
The Top and the Bottom are actually matched as a set when I bought them from Taobao. Not sure what I feel about the leopard print and all when I first saw this online, but well I think I thought it will be nice to match with the boots that I have bought. oh, well because after I wear this, I immediately give this skirt away, because I don't feel any attached to it.
So in total, I have a total of 3 different prints that I wear on that day. Leopard Print Skirt, Ribbon Print stockings, and MLB monogram print bucket hat ๐ Although all these 3 prints are so different than each other, from far you can't really tell them all of the prints are different because they have the similar size of the prints and I also make sure that the color is in sync. So that even if you see this whole outfit put together it still looks very nice and not too messy or loud.
Moving on to the outdoor side of the Book Xcess.
My super oily hair. I am not sure how to explain what this place is like, but even though this is an indoor place with air-cond, I would say that the air is still quite humid especially when you move to the outside part connecting to the hall.
Some of the famous corners that people like to take photos at. In this area, actually, guests can sit here and enjoy performances in the hall. But to be honest we can't really see very clearly from here, because it is quite a distance from the stage performance.
The skirt is actually a skort design so you don't have to worry that the skirt is too short to wear. The stockings are also quite comfy overall, not itchy to my skin too. I think my favorite item for this look is definitely the boots because of how comfy and how stylish the boots are. My second favorite is my MLB bucket hat, but I didn't wear it out here because of the humid environment.
This is also a lot of people who like to pose and take photos in this corner too.
I also love this specific corner too where you can see the general background of what the second floor looks like. The aircon is way up to the ceiling and the right side corner is straight to outdoor air without a proper wall or door to block. If you are someone who sweats a lot, you might find yourself slightly struggling to stay in here for a long.
