The future United States is an irradiated waste land known as the Cursed Earth. On the east coast of North America lies Mega-City One, a vast, violent metropolis containing 800 million residents where 17,000 crimes are reported daily and "Slo-Mo", an addictive new drug that slows the user's perception of time to 1% of normal, has been introduced. The only force of order is the Judges, who act as judge, jury, and executioner. Judge Dredd is tasked by the Chief Judge with evaluating rookie Judge Anderson, a psychic who has failed the tests to become a full Judge. Elsewhere, in the 200-story slum tower block Peach Trees, drug lord Madeline Madrigal, known as Ma-Ma, infuses three men with Slo-Mo and throws their skinned bodies from the top of the tower. Dredd and Anderson respond and learn of a drug den, which they assault. They arrest Kay, one of Ma-Ma's henchmen, after Anderson psychically detects his involvement in the murders. To prevent Kay being removed from the building and interrogated about her operation, Ma-Ma's forces seize the tower's security control room and seal the building using its blast shields under the pretense of a security test, preventing the Judges from leaving or summoning help.

Ma-Ma orders Dredd's and Anderson's deaths. Several groups of armed men unsuccessfully try to kill the pair as the Judges proceed through the building with Kay to find safety. After arriving at one floor, the Judges are assaulted by Ma-Ma and her men using gatling guns that cut through the building's concrete walls and residents. The gunfire damages one of the tower's outer walls, allowing the Judges onto a balcony that enables them to call for backup. Ma-Ma sends her right-hand man Caleb to confirm the Judges' deaths. Dredd and Anderson, with no other avenue of escape, reenter the building. Dredd overcomes Caleb and throws him from the tower in view of Ma-Ma.

Enraged at Ma-Ma's massacre of the tower's innocent residents, Dredd beats Kay for information. Anderson intervenes and uses her abilities to read Kay's mind. She learns Peach Trees is the center of Slo-Mo production and distribution. Anderson suggests they hide while awaiting assistance but Dredd insists on moving up the tower in pursuit of Ma-Ma. Judges Volt and Guthrie respond to Dredd's call, but are unable to access the tower when Ma-Ma's computer expert persuades the pair that call is part of the security drill. While Dredd and Anderson are confronted by armed children, Kay escapes his bonds and takes Anderson hostage. He escapes with her in an elevator to Ma-Ma's base on the 200th floor.

While Dredd works his way toward Ma-Ma, she calls on the aid of corrupt Judges Lex, Kaplan, Chan, and Alvarez to kill Dredd. After meeting Chan, Dredd notices that he does not ask about Anderson's status, instigating a fight in which Chan is killed. Kay is killed when he attempts to execute Anderson with her own weapon, triggering an explosive failsafe when it does not recognize its wielder. Anderson escapes and meets Kaplan, whom she kills after reading her mind. Elsewhere, Dredd kills Alvarez but runs out of ammunition and is shot by Lex. Anderson arrives and kills Lex as he prepares to finish Dredd. The pair obtain the code to Ma-Ma's apartment and confront the drug lord. Anderson is wounded by one of Ma-Ma's men. Ma-Ma informs Dredd a device on her wrist will detonate explosives on the top floors upon her death and destroy the building. Dredd, believing the signal will not reach the top floor's explosives through the tower's concrete floors and walls from below, infuses Ma-Ma with Slo-Mo and throws her from the building to her death. In the aftermath. Anderson accepts she has failed her evaluation by being disarmed, and leaves. The Chief Judge asks Dredd about Anderson's performance. He responds that she has passed.

In Scotland, King Fergus of Clan DunBroch presents his young daughter Merida with a bow for her birthday. While practicing, Merida encounters a will-o'-the-wisp. Soon afterwards, Mor'du, a giant demon bear, attacks the family. Merida escapes along with her mother Queen Elinor while Fergus fights off the bear alongside his men at the cost of his left leg. Years later, Elinor has since given birth to identical triplet boys, and Merida has become a free-spirited and adventurous teenager. One night, her mother informs her she is to be betrothed to one of her father's allied clans: Dingwall, Macintosh, or MacGuffin. Oblivious to her mother's attempts to appease her by telling her a legend of a power-hungry prince who broke off from his duty and caused the ruin of a kingdom, Merida is dissatisfied with the arranged marriage.

The clans arrive with their first-born sons to compete in the Highland Games for Merida's hand, and the princess chooses archery as the main event. During the competition, Lord Dingwall's son wins by accident. Merida then enters the competition, declaring herself eligible to compete for her own hand as the first-born of Clan DunBroch. Furious, Elinor has a falling out with Merida resulting in the queen burning Merida's bow and Merida ripping a family tapestry before fleeing into the woods. While there, the will-o'-the-wisps lead her to the hut of an elderly witch who insists she is a wood carver. After some bargaining, the witch agrees to give Merida a spell, in the form of a cake, to change her mother.

Merida returns to the castle and gives Elinor the cake, transforming her into a bear. With the help of her brothers, Merida gets Elinor out of the castle. The pair return to the witch's cottage, finding the witch gone. Through a potion-controlled automated message, Merida discovers that the spell will be permanent unless undone by the second sunrise. The witch leaves Merida a riddle, mentioning that she must "mend the bond torn by pride." Merida and her mother begin to reconcile their relationship, however, Merida observes the spell to be slowly becoming permanent, transforming Elinor into a wild bear. Later, the pair encounters the wisps again and follows them to ancient ruins. They learn that Mor'du was once the prince of Elinor's legend, and received the same spell from the witch. After fleeing an attack from Mor'du, Merida theorizes that the repair of the tapestry will turn her mother human again and prevent her from becoming like Mor'du.

At the castle, the clans are on the verge of war because of Merida's actions, but the princess quells their fighting and declares that the children should be allowed to get married in their own time. Her suitors second her and the lords agree. Merida then sneaks into the tapestry room with Elinor, who once again loses her humanity for a few minutes. Fergus goes to his bedchambers to find Elinor, but mistakes her to be dead after seeing the room destroyed. Elinor attacks both Merida and Fergus when he steps into their room. Upon regaining human consciousness, she races out of the castle in desperation. Thinking that Elinor is Mor'du, Fergus detains Merida and follows Elinor. With the help of her brothers, now transformed into cubs from eating the cake, Merida races after her father while fixing the tapestry. The clan members and Fergus capture Elinor, but Merida intervenes. Mor'du then appears and attacks Merida. Elinor kills Mor'du by luring him under a falling menhir, setting the spirit of the prince free.

Merida places the tapestry over Elinor, hoping that her mother would change back but nothing hapened. She professes her love for her mother and apologizes while crying. Elinor is transformed back along with the triplets, and the family is reunited once again. A few days later, the clans depart for their respective lands and Merida and Elinor ride their horses together.

影片中，周渝民饰演80后糟糕老爸阿B，突然 接到照顾00后淘气儿子彬彬的“任务”，由此展开一段温馨搞笑的“父子情”故事。在导演朱延平看来，“仔仔的演技不管是出演警察还是时尚达人已经完全 OK，我唯一担心的是他不爱主动说话的性格。”对此，首次挑战落魄父亲角色的周渝民，自有办法，而他与小小彬熟识速度之快，也令导演朱延平颇感惊喜。

虽然第一场对手戏便显出生疏，但是仔仔第一时 间带着小小彬看监视器，与他“比帅”，让没见过这种沟通方式的小小彬立马有了亲切感。之后，在垦丁美如仙境的自然风光里，随着拍摄的进展，两人也逐渐由陌 生到相熟，以致亲如父子。在曝光的花絮中，仔仔大谈“奶爸经”，原来他一方面在亲情上付出爸爸般的照顾，一方面又在生活里从一开始便把小小彬当做朋友，细 心陪伴。片场里，随时随处可见两人在玩耍：纸飞机、捕鱼、踩单车、猜拳……感情自然进展很快，这也帮助了他们在片中的演绎。

“Dream High Season 2″ follows a group of students at the Kirin High School of Art stars who pursue their dream of becoming K-Pop idol stars. The group of students in "Dream High Season 2" deals with a completely new group of students then those that were featured in Season One.

In Season Two, after going into financial bankruptcy, the Kirin High School of Art has been taken over by Oz Entertainment. The company then transfers over its own young in-training idol stars to Kirin High to circumvent a law requiring under-age entertainers to study for a set amount of time. Competition then brews between then troubled students at Kirin High School of Art and then newly transferred in-training idol stars from Oz Entertainments.

Shin Hae-sung (Kang Sora) enters the Kirin High School of Art with a high written exam score, but a poor performance score. She then meets fellow students Jin Yoo-jin (Jung Jin-woon) and JB, who make her realize how fun music can be. Yoo-jin originally broke into the entertainment industry as a child actor, but now is a troubled student who dreams of becoming a rock star. He attempts to cure the pain caused by his parent’s divorce through music.
